 Taking and Giving (Genesis 5:23-24)

Ephesians 6:10-18KJV Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. 11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the [a]wiles of the devil.. . . . 18 praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints—

I guess praying in the Spirit is the only way we can pray always. When you wake, and when you prepare for bed. When you go to school or work or run errands.  When you study or do home work, even in church. Or when you are talking to someone — all in the Spirit!  It’s like you would be allowing God to live through you, like you would be like Enoch when he gave himself to God and God took him.  I never really understood that scripture?
