Steps

Never let anyone other than God’s Holy Spirit take control of you.

To determine whether you are being controlled by something other than yourself, identify your first tasks for tomorrow morning. 

If you are able to start each task and complete them as planned, you are in control of you.

If you are able to start tasks but not able to complete them, continue to identify first tasks for the following mornings; but ask, receive, and thank God for wisdom and guidance.
